What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic sales and marketing team.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility and engagement through various marketing channels.
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for tourism/food and beverage marketing, excellent project management skills, and a creative mindset to elevate our hotel's marketing efforts to new heights!What you will be doing:
Internal & Agency Partnership Management:
oWork closely with agency partners to align their activities with the lodge's overall marketing strategy.
oAct as a primary liaison between the resort and our various print, social media, PR, and digital marketing agency partners.
Actively share priorities with our agencies and encourage a collaborative work environment.
oAct as the marketing resource between the internal business units (Food & Beverage, Wedding & conference planning, Spa, Golf, etc.
) to collaborate with and execute marketing plans to exceed their annual revenue objectives.
oDevelop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
oCoordinate and facilitate periodic professional photo/video shoots.
Social Media & Influencer & PR Management:
oAssist in the development of and execute captivating social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
oMonitor social media channels to enhance guest interactions.
oVet and facilitate Influencer, and media stay guests that visit the hotel along with corresponding coveragePrint and Asset ManagementoMaintains branding guidelines that align with the master brand vision for Skamania Lodge and its assets.
Assists the education teams with the proper portrayal of the brand in all internal and external communication.
oCollaborate with agency partners and internal business units to design and produce high-quality print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
oExecute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, online advertisements, and website updates.
Digital Marketing, and Targeted Digital Campaigns:
oCollaborate with travel booking platforms like Expedia to create and manage effective marketing campaigns.
oPlan and execute marketing strategies targeting customers interested in booking weddings and company events at Skamania Lodge.
oManage digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, online advertisements, and website updates.
oAct as the liaison between the resort and digital marketing agency partners to orchestrate marketing campaigns, initiatives, and new project rollouts.
Reporting and Analysis:
oTrack and analyze marketing campaign/website performance data and prepare detailed reports for the Director of Sales and Marketing.
oUse data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and work collaboratively with a team to execute Skamania Lodge's marketing strategy.
This position has no direct reports.
COMPENSATION:
$65,000 per year

HOURS:
Full-time employment.
LOCATION:
oMinimum 2 days per week onsite at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA (typically Tuesdays and Thursdays).
oThe lodge also maintains a Portland office for days when being at the lodge is not required (typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday)oA limited number of remote workdays will be considered after a training and orientation period of 90 days.
oWashington extends workers' compensation coverage and benefits outside of Washington for Washington workers that are temporarily working in reciprocal states or non-reciprocal states, per RCW 51.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
